My name is Palma D. Cooper, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
The benefits of Massage and Bodywork are numerous, for this reason I love this profession. My specialties are Swedish / Meridian Massage, Active Isolated Stretching & Strenghtening, Jin Shin Jyustu, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy.
I have been studying various Western and Eastern healing techniques for over 21 years, a graduate of the Soothing Arts Massage School and guest lecturer since 2004. In addition to massage I have received extensive training in the Eastern healing arts of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, am a Certified Reiki Master, Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner / Self-Help Instructor, and Meridian Massage Therapist.
In 1997 I used Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help techniques to cure myself of a chronic health condition. Since that time I have had an avid interest in helping others facilitate their own healing through the understanding of the body, mind and spirit connection.
My extensive education and professional experience give me a deeper understanding of both Eastern and Western methods, providing clients with optimum results while inducing deep relaxation and reducing the damaging effects of stress.
